Owner For a Day Experience at Down Royal

Women in Racing Ireland invites you to an exclusive Owners’ Experience in a private Corporate Box at Down Royal Racecourse on Friday, 4th September 2026.

The day begins with a tour of historic Hillsborough Castle, including a step into regal elegance at the ‘Royal Style in the Making’ exhibition. Following the tour, we will enjoy a relaxed lunch at The Plough, an award-winning gastropub in Royal Hillsborough village, before heading to Down Royal for an evening of racing.

Courtesy of Down Royal Racecourse, you will enjoy the full VIP treatment: exclusive parade ring access, a pre-race briefing with trainer and jockey, private box viewing, and post-race analysis (trainer will be announced closer to raceday).
