Michelle is the Bloodstock Operations & Industry Relations Manager at Weatherbys with almost nine years of experience . After studying Equine Science at the University of Limerick, I began my career in the thoroughbred industry and have been fortunate to work with and learn from some fantastic people across the racing and breeding world.

My career has taken me from Ireland to Kentucky, including roles at Lane's End Farm and Kiltinan Castle Stud, and I've had the opportunity to travel extensively through the racing & breeding world, gaining valuable international experience along the way. I'm passionate about thoroughbred breeding and racing, building strong relationships, and helping connect people across the sport and breeding sectors.
